Terms of Service
1. About the service
This website and the associated application (the "Service") are a private tool operated by Ben (the "Operator") at benautomiza.com. The Service lets the owner of a social media account upload that owner's own finished videos to the account's TikTok inbox as drafts. The Service is not offered to the general public.
2. Who may use the Service
Only the owner of the TikTok account that has authorized the Service, and people the owner explicitly designates, may use it. There are no public sign-ups.
3. Authorization
Using the Service with TikTok requires the account owner to authorize the app through TikTok Login Kit. The owner can revoke that authorization at any time in the TikTok app (Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Apps and services) or by contacting the Operator.
4. Acceptable use
- Upload only content that you own or have the right to use.
- Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, its Community Guidelines and all applicable laws.
- Do not use the Service to send spam, to publish unlawful or infringing content, or to disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
5. Your content
The owner keeps all rights to their videos and captions. The Service does not claim ownership of any content. The Service only uploads drafts: the owner reviews each draft and publishes it manually in the TikTok app, and is responsible for everything that is published.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including TikTok, Google (Google Drive) and AI providers (OpenAI and Anthropic) that transcribe the audio and help write captions. Their own terms and policies apply to their services.
7. Availability and no warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It may change, be interrupted or be discontinued at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or audience, arising from the use of the Service.
9. Termination
The owner or the Operator may stop using or providing the Service at any time. Revoking the authorization in TikTok ends the Service's access to the account.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
