Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This policy describes how a private video publishing tool operated by Ben (the "Operator") at benautomiza.com handles data. The tool is used only by the owner of the TikTok account that authorized it, and it is not offered to the general public.
2. Data we handle
- TikTok authorization data: the access token and refresh token issued by TikTok when the account owner authorizes the app, and the permissions granted (
user.info.basicandvideo.upload), which allow the app to identify the account and upload drafts. - The owner's content: the owner's own videos, the text transcription of their audio and the captions written for them.
- Technical logs: workflow execution records such as time, status and error messages.
This website has no accounts, does not use cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
3. How we use the data
Only to identify the authorized account and to upload the owner's finished videos to the owner's TikTok inbox as drafts. We do not sell data, do not show ads, do not profile people and do not read the owner's TikTok videos, followers or messages.
4. Service providers
- TikTok receives the uploaded videos.
- Google Drive stores the owner's videos before and after editing.
- OpenAI and Anthropic receive the audio or the text transcription of the owner's videos to transcribe them and to help write captions.
- Hetzner hosts the server (in the European Union) where the automation runs.
We do not share data with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
5. Retention
- Authorization tokens are kept until the owner revokes access or the app is removed.
- Workflow execution records, including temporary copies of videos, are deleted automatically after 72 hours.
- Videos remain in the owner's Google Drive until the owner deletes them.
6. Security
Stored credentials are encrypted, access to the server is restricted by SSH key, and all traffic uses HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit the data we keep to what the Service needs.
7. Your choices and rights
The account owner can revoke the app's access at any time in the TikTok app (Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Apps and services). You can also write to us to ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, including your rights under the GDPR where it applies. We will reply within a reasonable time.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children and does not knowingly handle children's data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
